Migraines suck don’t they? The pain, well the pain is just unbearable, right? No need to worry though my friend because you’re not alone and there is over 500 million people worldwide just like you who have to live with migraine headaches. You know when the pains coming right? You see flashing lights or have blind spots, what is the word again for when you get a sign that somethings coming? Oh that’s right – aura. There are things you do to tackle migraines head on as soon as you get your aura but what if it’s to late and you’ve already got that throbbing pain?

Grab an Ice Pack – What don’t ice packs do? They keep your drinks cold, reduce your tooth pain and they even relief the pain of your headaches.
Take a walk – Why so stressed buddy? Stress is the number one cause of migraines and one way of reducing stress is through exercise so go and do a little exercise by taking a walk.
Brew yourself a pot of coffee – Coffees not only good for keeping you awake when you got to get that report on your bosses desk the next day as it can also provide instant relief because of the caffeine.
